台北市職能發展學院、台北市商業處與台北精品咖啡商業發展協會、台灣咖啡協會合作舉辦「2014台北市精品咖啡師評定」，推出120小時的精品咖啡師課程，訓練十分紮實，昨日舉辦嚴格的術科考試，學員有6人缺考，到考的26位考生，最後僅6位拿到證書（見圖，邱文秀攝）。咖啡是僅次於石油，世界第2大交易量的商品，整個咖啡產業產值十分驚人，台北市職能發展學院與台北市商業處等單位合作...
