消暑飲番茄紅了　地中海風蔬果汁

夏日一到，來杯地中海風的蔬果汁，消暑又能補充元氣。氣候炎熱，來杯涼涼的蔬果汁更能消暑解渴，若再加點異國風味的料理，如地中海飲食中常用的西洋芹、柳橙、番茄做成蔬果汁，不僅能開胃解渴，番茄中的抗氧化能力，對肌膚還有美白、預防老化的作用，另外，研究指出，多採用地中海飲食對預防失智症也相當有幫助。
