炸蛋餅金黃酥脆 餅皮燜蛋口感滑順蛋餅早餐店都吃得到，不過在彰化卻有一家攤位，專門在賣蛋餅，而且跟一般蛋餅很不同，業者把餅皮炸到金黃酥脆，再打上一顆蛋包裹住燜成半熟的荷包蛋，吃起來有滑溜口感 ...
